My Own Rentals is a service operated by My Own Rentals, LLC. My Own Rentals uses essential browser storage to keep users signed in, protect authenticated routes, remember safe workflow state, and operate the product. It also uses cookieless Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate traffic measurement. This page describes the current cookie, storage, and analytics categories used by the platform.

Some workflows may use local storage for drafts, such as guided property setup. Drafts should contain operational setup data and are cleared when the workflow completes.
Payment Provider Storage
When you open Stripe-hosted payment or bank-authorization pages, Stripe uses its own cookies or browser storage for payment processing, security, and fraud prevention under its policies.
Cookieless Vercel Web Analytics
My Own Rentals uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregate page views and traffic patterns. Vercel may process the event time, page path and dynamic route, filtered query parameters, referrer, coarse location, browser and operating-system versions, and device type. Vercel says Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies, associate page views with an IP address or identified person, or reconstruct a visitor's activity across different sites. Its temporary visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. My Own Rentals does not send custom analytics events and does not use advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Global Privacy Control
My Own Rentals, LLC recognizes Global Privacy Control as a global opt-out request for any sale or targeted-advertising processing. My Own Rentals, LLC does neither. Vercel's Web Analytics documentation does not state that its anonymous page-view collection is suppressed by a GPC signal, so My Own Rentals, LLC does not claim that it is. The analytics remains cookieless, aggregate, and not tied to an identified visitor.
