Payment processing
Rent is never reduced by processing fees. Owners choose to pay ACH fees themselves (billed separately on your monthly invoice) or pass them to tenants as a separate, disclosed fee. Card payments include a tenant-paid processing fee. Tenants can also pay by check or cash directly to their landlord with no processing fee, where the landlord accepts it.
