My Own Rentals is a service operated by My Own Rentals, LLC. It helps landlords organize rental operations. The platform is not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, or property management brokerage. Landlords remain responsible for the decisions they make, the local forms they use, and the legal requirements that apply to their properties.

MyOwnRentals.com organizes and calculates rental property tax information for your convenience only. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not accountants, tax preparers, or attorneys. All tax information, calculations, and reports should be reviewed by a qualified tax professional before you file or rely on them. You are solely responsible for your tax filings.
Acceptable Use
Users may not upload unlawful content, misuse tenant data, attempt to access another organization, or use My Own Rentals to bypass housing, privacy, payment, or screening rules.
